Work Details
The selected contractor(s) will supply and deliver a variety of new, unused, and manufacturer-approved bus parts necessary for routine preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, and fleet sustainment activities. The contractor must adhere to COTA specifications, delivery requirements, and quality standards to maintain safe transit operations. All parts must be authentic OEM or OEM-approved replacements that are compatible with COTA’s fleet and meet or exceed applicable manufacturer specifications.
Period of Performance
The contract performance will commence upon the effective date or the date of the Notice to Proceed. The completion of all work and/or delivery of goods is expected by a specified date that will be determined in writing.

The contract will be performed in Columbus, Ohio.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate at least three years of experience supplying transit or heavy-duty vehicle parts. They are required to submit a completed quote form, pricing schedule, vendor certifications, manufacturer authorization letters for OEM parts, and proof of insurance upon notice of award. Compliance with Federal Transit Administration regulations and state procurement laws is mandatory.
