RFQ 5339 Inventory parts

Background
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA) is issuing this Request for Quotation (RFQ 5339) for the procurement of inventory parts. The agency's mission is to provide safe, reliable, and efficient public transportation services in the region. The goal of this contract is to acquire necessary parts to maintain and operate SORTA's fleet effectively.

Work Details
The contract involves providing various inventory parts as detailed in the Bid Pricing Form. Specific items include:
1) AMEREX FIRE BOX BATTERY,
2) FUEL PUMP for CUMMINS L9,
3) PARTICULATE SENSOR,
4) OIL SEAL for wheel assembly,
5) PRIMARY FUEL FILTER,
6) CUMMINS DATALINK ADAPTER KIT,
and many others totaling over 40 distinct items. Each item must be quoted with lead time and any applicable core fees included in the pricing table. All quotes must include freight costs.

Period of Performance
The RFQ was released on April 3, 2026, with a proposal submission deadline of April 6, 2026, at 11:00 AM.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority's facilities located at 525 Vine Street, Cincinnati, OH 45202.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit their proposals electronically through the e-Procurement portal. Bids submitted in any other format will be considered non-responsive. Bidders are required to confirm that all pricing is inclusive of all fees including shipping charges and that quotes remain valid for a minimum of 30 days.
