RFI - Database and Grants Tracking & Capital Project Tracking System

Background
The Southwest Ohio Regional Transit Authority (SORTA), commonly referred to as Cincinnati Metro, is seeking information regarding a replacement of the current grants funding, local capital funding, and capital projects tracking system. SORTA provides both fixed-route mass transportation services and paratransit services to the city of Cincinnati, Hamilton County Ohio, and parts of Butler, Clermont, and Warren Counties. The agency operates 46 fixed routes and provides both fixed-route mass transportation and paratransit services through approximately 300 city-type transit buses and 50 paratransit vehicles.

Work Details
SORTA seeks information regarding a replacement of a grants management systems with one system/database, to service the entire organization to provide all aspects of grants management. The system should also be able to perform all aspects of a grants funding, local capital funding, and capital projects tracking system.

The specific requests include details on new or effective oversight and administration applications available in the market, solutions that are configurable, modular, and scalable, cost structure, support structure, efficiency of application execution time and reporting capabilities, security structure, managed services options, typical expenses for the project, successful applications currently in use by other entities with contact information provided, compliance with security, web accessibility and remote hosting requirements, as well as other available features for SORTA to consider.

Period of Performance
The solicitation release date is February 27, 2024. The deadline for questions is March 8, 2024 at 2:00 pm. Addendum/Response to Questions/Clarifications will be provided by March 12, 2024 at 4:00 pm. Proposals are due by March 19, 2024 at 2:00 pm.
