Resurfacing of Various Streets

Background
The City of Vandalia, Ohio, is seeking bids for the resurfacing of various streets as part of their infrastructure improvement efforts. Work Details

- The application of 448 tons of Asphalt, Type 1, PG 64-22.
- All work must comply with the standards set forth in the plans available at the Director of Public Service’s office.

The contract work is expected to commence upon award and must be completed by November 6, 2026.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed in various locations throughout the City of Vandalia, Ohio.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must submit a Bid Bond amounting to 10% of their total bid. Additionally, preference may be given to local businesses located within Vandalia if their bid is within specified percentages of the lowest bid price.
