Work Details
The selected consultants will provide the following services:

- Coordinating with community mental/behavioral health resources and crisis response teams for appropriate referrals.
- Collecting and maintaining data on interventions, call outcomes, and referrals.
- Providing monthly and periodic reports on program data and performance to designated partners.

3. Ensure compliance with confidentiality laws, HIPAA regulations, and data security requirements.
