Background
The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency (Ohio EPA) is seeking to purchase one trace-level dynamic dilution calibrator to support the continuous measurement of trace carbon monoxide. This equipment is essential for ensuring accurate environmental monitoring and compliance with air quality standards.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of one (1) Teledyne T700U Trace-level dynamic dilution calibrator. The unit must meet specific performance and operating requirements, including:

1. Ideal for calibration of trace-level carbon monoxide instruments.

2. Complete replacement parts lists showing manufacturers, location, commercial identification, and cost of all spare parts must accompany the bid submission.

3. Full literature including wiring and schematic diagrams, troubleshooting procedures, removal and reinstallation instructions for replaceable components, operating instructions, and maintenance instructions must be provided.

4. High range and low range operating modes for producing accurate levels.

5. Touchscreen display.

6. Flow measurement accuracy of ±1% of full scale.

7. Repeatability of flow control ±0.2% of full scale.

8. Linearity of flow measurements ±0.5% of full scale.

9. Flow range of dilution air: 0-10 SLPM.

10. Flow range of cylinder gases: 0 - 200 cc/min.

11. Zero air requirements: 10 SLPM @ 30 psi.

12. Input pressure requirements: 20-40 psig range.

13. At least 4 calibration gas input ports and 1 diluent gas input port are required.

14. NO2 generation minimum output: 20 ppb LPM; minimum concentration: 3 ppb; precision: ±2% (with GPTPS).

15. Ozone generator maximum output: 6 ppm LPM; minimum output: 20 ppb LPM; minimum concentration: 3 ppb; response time: ≤180 seconds to 98%.

16. UV photometer option with a range exceeding 100 ppb to 10 ppm; precision ≥1.0 ppb; linearity ≥1.0% of reading; rise/fall time <20 seconds; response time ≥180 seconds to 95%; zero drift <1.0 ppb/24 hours.

17. Power requirements: 85V-264V, 47Hz-63Hz.

18. Minimum operating temperature range: 5 - 40 C.

19. Dual gas output (NOy) and a third mass controller at 50 SCCM are required.

Period of Performance
The unit shall be delivered FOB destination within 60 days after receipt of order.

Place of Performance
Delivery will be made to Ohio EPA/DAPC at 4675 Homer Ohio Lane, Groveport, Ohio 43125.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide a complete list showing all deviations from specifications in writing attached to the bid submission to avoid rejection.
