Promotional Item Sydney Travel Mug

Background
The State of Ohio, through its Department of Administrative Services, General Services Division, is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the procurement of promotional items specifically for use by the Ohio Commission on Minority Health.

The goal is to provide a high-quality promotional item that aligns with the agency's mission to promote health equity and improve health outcomes for minority populations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide 2,000 units of the Sydney Mug (4Imprint, ITEM #101874), which is a 15 oz. navy blue travel mug with a white imprint.

The specifications include:
- Material: Double-wall stainless steel
- Closure: Push-on lid with slide opening
- Design: Tapered, slightly rounded design with a skid-resistant base
- Capacity: 15 oz.
- Presswork: Imprint logo & text including the Commission Seal, name & website in white ink (1 color imprint)
- Packaging: Sub-packed in groups of 100 and carton packed, labeled with item and quantity.

Artwork will be provided by the state and must be used as is without alterations. A laser proof must be delivered to Angela Dawson at the Ohio Commission on Minority Health prior to final production.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the promotional items is required by June 30, 2025, or sooner.

Place of Performance
The products are to be delivered to Integrity Moving & Storage located at 2050 Corvair Blvd., Columbus, OH 43207.
