Promotional Item Bic Clic Stic Pen

Background
The State of Ohio, through the Department of Administrative Services, General Services Division, is issuing this Invitation to Bid (ITB) for the procurement of promotional items specifically for the Ohio Commission on Minority Health.

The goal of this contract is to provide promotional items that will support the mission of the Commission.

Work Details
The contractor is required to supply 8,000 units of Bic Clic Stic Pens (ITEM #39152) as specified:
- Product: Bic Clic Stic Pen
- Quantity: 8,000 EA
- Color: Blue with white imprint
- Ink: Blue ink with a one-color white imprint
- Presswork: Imprint logo and text including the Commission Seal, name, and website.
- Packaging: Sub-packed in groups of 100 and carton packed, labeled with item and quantity.

Artwork will be provided by the state and must be used as is without alterations. A laser proof must be delivered to Angela Dawson at the Ohio Commission on Minority Health.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the promotional items is required by February 3, 2025, or sooner.

Place of Performance
Delivery locations include multiple sites across Ohio as specified in a provided spreadsheet document.
