Background
Montgomery County Environmental Services (MCES) is seeking proposals for Project No. 130090-63, which involves upgrading the existing Azteca Cityworks Asset Management System and Permits, Licensing, and Land solution to Trimble Unity Maintain and Trimble Unity Permit.
The goal of this project is to modernize the current system, which has been in use since 2008, to enhance operational efficiency and ensure high system availability for essential water and sewer services provided to county residents.
Work Details
The consultant will provide professional consulting and IT services that include:
1) Project Management and Administration;
2) Environment Review and Planning;
3) Configuration, Testing, and Implementation of Trimble Unity Maintain and Permit;
4) Training and Support.
Specific tasks include conducting a review of the current Cityworks environment, developing an upgrade plan, configuring the Trimble Unity environment, conducting testing, deploying the production environment, delivering training sessions tailored to various user roles, providing an Asset Management Administrator Guide, and offering post-implementation support.
The consultant must ensure compliance with all applicable network and security requirements throughout the project.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution in July 2026 with key milestones including a kick-off meeting within two weeks of contract execution.
Completion of the project work schedule will occur within one week following the kick-off meeting, along with bi-weekly progress reports throughout the project duration.
Final implementation will be by a mutually agreed cutover date.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at Montgomery County Environmental Services facilities in Ohio.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must demonstrate qualifications including a minimum of ten years in business with at least five years operating in the U.S. They must provide four references for similar projects including dollar values, be listed as a Trimble Partner, and have authorization to conduct business in Ohio.
