Pinnacle Quarry Park Improvements

The City of Grove City is seeking bids for the Pinnacle Quarry Park Improvements project. The scope of work includes the installation of over 1,800 square yards of roadway construction, more than 1,400 linear feet of curb, over 5,700 square feet of concrete sidewalk, nearly 21,000 square feet of asphalt shared-use path, more than 460 linear feet of storm sewer, over 600 linear feet of 2-inch water service, over 40 linear feet of sanitary sewer service, as well as the construction of a restroom and picnic shelter, playground, pickleball and basketball courts, site landscaping, site lighting, and other related work. This solicitation is issued by the City of Grove City, through the City Administrator. The background for this contract is to complete the improvements outlined in the plans and specifications for Pinnacle Quarry Park, with an estimated base bid construction cost of $2,990,000. Contract requirements specify that work must commence within sixty (60) calendar days after the City issues the Notice to Proceed for the Contract, and all work must be completed within three hundred (300) calendar days from the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Bids must be submitted via Bid Express and received by 11:00 a.m. local time on July 11, 2025. At that time and place, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. Grove City will not open or accept bids received after the deadline. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and will award contracts to the bidder(s) submitting the lowest and best bid(s).
