Background

Work Details
The project involves the plugging of four orphan wells located in Medina County across Liverpool, York, and Lafayette Townships. The specific wells to be plugged include:

- Robert Hurst #1 (API Number: 34-103-6-1867-00-00)
- Bowman #1 (API Number: 34-103-6-1873-00-00)
- Patton #2 (API Number: 34-103-6-1865-00-00)

The scope of work includes mobilization, access and well site development, drilling or cleaning out and plugging of the wells, storage and disposal of materials generated during the plugging process, decommissioning and removal of casing, tubing, well production equipment, restoration of disturbed areas, and compliance with various safety regulations. The contractor must also coordinate with local authorities for notifications regarding safety meetings and emergency procedures.

Period of Performance
The effective date of this project begins upon receipt of the Letter to Proceed. Work must commence within four months following this date and must be completed within one year or by June 30, 2025, whichever comes first.
