Original Ohio Land Subdivisions OTS III

Background
The State of Ohio, Department of Administrative Services, General Services Division, is seeking a contractor to provide 400 Original Ohio Land Subdivisions—OTS III for use by the Ohio Department of Natural Resources. The purpose of this invitation to bid is to obtain a contractor to provide high-quality publications free of Newton rings, hickeys, spots, and extraneous marks.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide 400 Original Ohio Land Subdivisions—OTS III with very high textbook quality. The publication must be free of Newton rings, hickeys, spots, and extraneous marks. The size should be 9"h x 6"w. The stock for the cover is Vellum Bristol #257 Green 67 lb (uncoated offset cover recycled), and for text and oversize sheets is Torchglow white 80 lb (uncoated offset text recycled). Presswork will involve providing five PDF files for the OTS-3 book.

The ink used should be black, and the binding should be perfect bound. Typesetting requirements include reducing cost box and placing it centered near the bottom on the back cover. A proof made from the PDF files is required before printing and must be submitted for approval. Packaging should not exceed 40 lbs per carton.

Delivery is requested by August 1st, 2024 or sooner to ODNR/Geological Survey in Columbus, OH. Invoices must reference job number SRC0000019605 with a signed delivery receipt.
