Ohio State Fair - Copiers

Background
The Ohio Expo Center & State Fairgrounds is seeking bids for Copier Services to support operations during the Ohio State Fair. The Ohio Expositions Commission aims to ensure efficient event operations through the provision of necessary copier equipment and services.

Work Details
The vendor will provide approximately six (6) multifunction copiers, which must include automatic document feeders, sorting capabilities, reduction and enlargement features, duplex copying, and at least one unit with hole-punching capability.

The copiers must meet speed requirements of a minimum of 35 pages per minute for standard locations and 80 pages per minute for high-volume functions. The vendor will also supply all necessary toner and consumables (excluding paper and staples) and ensure that all equipment includes meters for tracking usage.

Maintenance services will include full repair services available during business hours with a response time of 24 hours for service requests. The vendor must deliver, install, configure, and remove equipment as per the specified schedule. Additionally, ongoing operational support is required to ensure continuous operation throughout the fair.

Period of Performance
The initial term of this contract is one (1) year, with an option to renew upon mutual agreement.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Ohio Expo Center & State Fairgrounds located at 717 East 17th Avenue, Columbus, OH 43211.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with all applicable State of Ohio laws and procurement requirements. They are responsible for all personnel, insurance, and operational costs associated with providing services. Additionally, vendors must complete an Independent Contractor/Worker Acknowledgement form if they have less than five employees.
