Ohio State Fair Booth Design for DBH FY27

Background
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is dedicated to providing statewide leadership in mental health and addiction prevention, treatment, and recovery systems that are effective and valued by all Ohioans. The agency aims to be a national leader in implementing a comprehensive, accessible, and quality-focused system of addiction and mental health care for all citizens. DBH seeks proposals from qualified contractors to create, design, implement, install, and dismantle the DBH booth space at the 2026 Ohio State Fair.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following items for the DBH booth at the Ohio State Fair:
- One (1) full backlit frame with lights (115" x 90")
- Two (2) full backlit frames with lights (69" x 92")
- 10' x 32' carpet rental and padding
- Tables and chairs for rental
- CAD rendering of booth setup.

Additionally, the contractor must deliver booth materials to the fairgrounds, set up booths #305 and #307 during designated times, and dismantle and remove items from the fairgrounds after the event. The department will provide artwork for any required printing services.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed during the period leading up to and including the Ohio State Fair dates from July 29 to August 9, 2026. Set up is scheduled for July 27-28, 2026, with dismantling on August 10, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed at the Ohio State Fairgrounds located in Columbus, Ohio, specifically at Marketplace booths #305 and #307.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must have experience working with other state agencies on Ohio State Fair booth designs. They should also have prior experience at the Ohio State Fair and an understanding of logistics within the Marketplace Building. Additionally, contractors must not have any unresolved findings for recovery under Section 9.24 of the Ohio Revised Code.
