Office of Information Services Sauce Labs Software License

Background
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is seeking a vendor to provide Sauce Labs software licenses for the Office of Information Services (OIS) Innovative Solutions and Services (ISS) Software Testing and Requirement Services (STARS) team.
This initiative aims to enhance automated testing capabilities for mobile applications and responsive websites, which are critical for the department's operations in SFY25 and beyond.
The contract will be executed upon signature by the ODJFS Director and is expected to expire on June 30, 2025, with an option for one renewal period of two years, contingent on satisfactory performance and funding availability.

Work Details
The selected vendor must provide the following Sauce Labs Software Licenses: 1 Virtual Concurrent Session (VCS) and 4 Device Concurrent Sessions.
The Sauce Labs Device Farm is essential for supporting automated testing efforts within the OIS STARS team.
The vendor's quote must be valid for 90 days, submitted on company letterhead, and include contact information.
All submissions must comply with the requirements outlined in this RFQ to avoid disqualification.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the signature of the ODJFS Director and will run until June 30, 2025, with an option to renew for one additional two-year period expiring on June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in accordance with the requirements set forth by ODJFS, primarily focused on enhancing software testing capabilities within Ohio.
