Background
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management, is seeking bids for the installation of ceiling tiles and grids in their Central Office building. The goal of this project is to enhance the office environment by replacing old ceiling structures with new materials that match existing designs.
Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Removal of old ceiling grids and tiles.
2. Installation of new 2x2 ceiling grids and tiles that match the existing grid on another floor.
3. Accurate measurements for installation, with a general building layout provided for reference.
4. Submission of material submittals with the bid through OhioBuys.
5. Completion of work during normal business hours, scheduled in advance with Division staff, prior to July 30th, 2026. Final punch list items must be completed by August 30th, 2026.
Period of Performance
Work must be scheduled before July 30th, 2026, with final completion of all tasks by August 30th, 2026.
Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management located at 2045 Morse Road, Building F, Columbus, Ohio 43229.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must ensure they are in good standing on all other agency work at the time of award. Additionally, bidders are required to attend a mandatory site visit to familiarize themselves with the facility and requirements before submitting their bids.
