1. Interior Renovations Phase 2:
- Renovation of finishes and replacement of lighting in second and third-floor corridors.
- Replacement of designated door hardware.
- Provision of new signage.
- Additional work as detailed in alternates.

2. Window Replacement:
- Removal and replacement of existing wood exterior windows on the first, second, and third floors with aluminum single-hung windows that match existing profiles and sight lines.

3. Alternates include:
- Alternate 01: Refinish existing stairs.
- Alternate 02: Renovation to entry vestibules.
- Alternate 03: Installation of new light fixtures in designated areas.

Period of Performance
The tentative award date for this project is April 11, 2025, with construction expected to start on April 21, 2025. Completion is anticipated by December 31, 2025.
