Background
The Board of Miami County Commissioners is issuing a solicitation for the 2025 Asphalt Concrete Resurfacing Program. This initiative aims to improve various county and township roads as part of the county's ongoing efforts to maintain and enhance its infrastructure.

Work Details
The contract involves furnishing all labor, material, and equipment necessary for the Asphalt Concrete Resurfacing Program. Bids must be submitted on a unit price basis, following specifications available at the Miami County Engineer's Office. The work will include resurfacing of various roads as specified in the project documents. The minimum wage for all labor employed must conform to the Prevailing Wage Rates as determined by the Department of Industrial Relations under Section 4115 of the Ohio Revised Code.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be prequalified with the Ohio Department of Transportation for appropriate work types. A BID GUARANTY is required, which can be in the form of a bond for the full amount of the bid or a certified check, cashier’s check, or letter of credit equal to 10% of the bid amount.
