Description

Contractor to Provide 2 Attic Stock and Install Eight (8) New Metal Steelcraft prepped 16 Gauge Doors for 4-0 x 7-0 openings, doors to have new vision lite kits with polycarbonate material to match existing thickness and size using existing full mortise continuous hinge or replace as needed. Door prepared for existing Best mortise lockset, keyed both sides and door to include top caps. All screws to be tamper resistant. Change existing door systems with like materials including all paint, hardware, and wall repair. A site visit is required to verify all sizes, handling, and prep. Background
The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) is seeking proposals for the Northcoast Behavioral Healthcare / Intensive Care Room Door Project. This project aims to enhance the safety and functionality of the facility, which is crucial for the health and safety of patients.

The facility must remain compliant with The Joint Commission standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide 2 attic stock and install eight (8) new Metal Steelcraft prepped 16 Gauge Doors for 4-0 x 7-0 openings. The doors must include new vision lite kits made from polycarbonate material that matches existing thickness and size.
