NODC-Matching Solid Wood Wardrobe and Dresser, Homes 604 & 605

Background
The Ohio Department of Developmental Centers (NODC) is seeking to procure matching solid wood Scandinavian wardrobes and dressers for use in Homes 604 & 605.
The goal of this contract is to furnish these homes with high-quality furniture that meets specific design and material standards.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide seven (7) matching solid wood Scandinavian wardrobes and seven (7) matching solid wood dressers.
The wardrobes must be constructed from oak and ash solid wood, with dimensions of 52 inches in height, 22.4 inches in depth, and 75.7 inches in width.
The dressers must be made from oak solid wood, with dimensions of 31.5 inches in height, 17.6 inches in depth, and 48.43 inches in width.
Bidders must include any applicable shipping charges and provide pictures of the products along with their quotes.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period begins on May 7, 2026, and ends on May 22, 2026.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to NODC at 1101 S. Detroit Ave, Toledo, OH 43614.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with The Office of Budget & Management (OBM) and possess a payee/supplier ID to participate in this solicitation.
