Background
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Office of Law Enforcement, is seeking bids for Field Service Onsite Technologist Response for Motorola Solutions Products. The goal of this contract is to provide technical support for law enforcement equipment during the fiscal year 2026.
Work Details
The contract includes 100 calendar business days of Field System Technologist (FST) support based out of the Westerville Ohio Field Service Office (FSO). Services will be provided during standard business hours on agreed days, excluding holidays and weekends.
The FST will perform onsite responses primarily focused on Local Radio Combo Package support, Radio Survey and Analysis, and Link Layer Authentication deployment. Responsibilities include operational checks of equipment, service on standard palm microphones and single mobile control heads, and ensuring equipment meets manufacturer specifications. Additional services such as Radio Survey and Analysis may be purchased separately. The FST will utilize Motorola approved service aids including hand tools and manuals.
Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract is from July 1, 2025, to June 30, 2026.
Place of Performance
All work shall be performed at an ODNR facility within the State of Ohio.
