Mine Safety Pro Air Supplies

Background
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR), Division of Mineral Resources Management (DMRM) is seeking to procure Pro Air Breathing Supplies for its Mine Safety program.
The goal of this contract is to ensure the safety and health of personnel working in mining operations by providing essential breathing apparatuses.

Work Details
The contractor will supply Pro Air Breathing Supplies, which are critical for the Mine Safety program.
Specific details regarding the quantities, models, or brands of the supplies must meet the safety standards required by ODNR.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a biennium, with potential for renewal annually for up to 24 additional months, contingent upon available appropriations and written notice from ODNR.

Place of Performance
The supplies will be delivered to the Ohio Department of Natural Resources at 43024 Industrial Park Road, Cadiz, OH 43907.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws.
They must also provide proof of licensure and certification as required by Ohio law.
Additionally, contractors are encouraged to purchase goods and services from certified MBE and EDGE vendors whenever feasible.
