Maintenance, Repair, and Operational (MRO) Supplies

Background
The City of Cincinnati, Ohio, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to solicit qualified Offerors to enter into a master agreement for the provision of maintenance, repair, operations (MRO), industrial and electrical supplies, tools, and parts.
This initiative aims to support various City departments in fulfilling their operational needs efficiently and effectively.

Work Details
The contract will encompass a wide range of products and services including:
1. Heating and Cooling Parts: Coils, Induction Heating Equipment, Central Units, Electric Heating Elements, Air Conditioning/Furnace Filters.
2. Plumbing Supplies.
3. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Rain Gear, Rubber Boots, Safety Vests, Disposable Protective Clothing, Work Gloves.
4. Clamps, Couplings, Fittings: Brass Fittings, Copper Tubes/Pipes/Fittings, Steel Pipe/Fittings, Ductile Iron Pipe/Fittings.
5. Multi-Purpose Hoses and Fittings.
6. Paint and Accessories: Spray Paints, Latex Traffic Line Paints.
7. Electrical Supplies.
8. Bearings and Seals.
9. Fasteners and Miscellaneous Hardware.
10. Fire Hydrants and Spare Parts.
11. Janitorial Supplies.

Period of Performance
The term of the resultant Agreement shall be for a period of seven (7) years from the date of award with three (3) additional 12-month extension options at the sole discretion of the City.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed within the Greater Cincinnati area where the Contractor must maintain a local stock of supplies.
