Lexipol FY27

Background
The State of Ohio is seeking to contract for Lexipol services for Fiscal Year 2027. Lexipol provides policy and training solutions for public safety agencies, aiming to enhance the operational efficiency and effectiveness of law enforcement and fire departments.

The goal of this contract is to ensure that Ohio's public safety agencies have access to updated policies and training resources that comply with legal standards and best practices.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following services under the contract:
1. Access to Lexipol's policy management system, which includes customizable policies tailored to Ohio's public safety needs.
2. Training modules for law enforcement personnel on various topics including use of force, emergency response, and community policing.
3. Ongoing support and updates to ensure compliance with state laws and regulations.
4. Delivery of any necessary training materials or resources as required by the Ordering Agency.
5. Regular assessments of policy effectiveness and updates based on feedback from agency personnel.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective from the date of execution through the end of Fiscal Year 2027, with potential renewal options at the discretion of the State.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed primarily within the State of Ohio, with specific locations determined by the Ordering Agency based on agency needs.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered as a domestic or foreign corporation with the Ohio Secretary of State. Additionally, contractors must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws throughout the duration of the contract.

The contractor must also maintain appropriate insurance coverage as specified in the contract terms.
