TourismOhio, part of the Ohio Department of Development, is seeking a digital marketing vendor to enhance its Joint Marketing Program. - Managing campaign assets and executing partner campaigns with monthly billing.
- Providing customer service as a single point of contact for partners.
- Utilizing data insights for audience targeting to enhance brand awareness and visitation.
- Conducting campaign strategy, planning, buying, optimization, and performance evaluation.
- Offering educational webinars on leveraging Google paid search and Meta advertising effectively.
Specific expectations include managing 15-35 Google search campaigns with a total media investment ranging from $62,000 to $125,000 per fiscal year, and 35-45 Meta campaigns with an investment between $125,000 and $148,000 per fiscal year.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and run through June 30, 2027. The State may renew the contract at its discretion for one month initially, with further renewals possible by mutual agreement not exceeding two years in total.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Ohio as the program targets local tourism industry partners throughout the state.
