JFS OFA Ohio SNAP Education & Training (E&T) Assessment

Background
The Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS) is seeking qualified vendor(s) to conduct a needs assessment for the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) Employment and Training (E&T) program in Ohio.
The goal is to evaluate the implementation of the SNAP E&T program specifically, rather than addressing broader nutritional requirements for residents of Ohio.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for conducting a comprehensive needs assessment that includes:
1. Evaluating the current implementation of the SNAP E&T program in Ohio.
2. Identifying gaps and areas for improvement within the program.
3. Providing recommendations based on findings to enhance program effectiveness.
4. Delivering a final report summarizing findings, conclusions, and recommendations to ODJFS.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon signature by the ODJFS Director and will continue until all deliverables are completed, with specific timelines to be determined based on project requirements.

Place of Performance
The assessment will be conducted within the state of Ohio, with potential site visits to various locations as necessary.
