- Interior Wiring: Install fiber drop from demark to ONT at a customer-designated location with clean cable routing.
- Testing and Activation: Verify optical signal levels, confirm service provisioning, perform speed tests.

2. Service Levels & Performance Requirements:
- Standard install duration of 1-3 hours per residence with a target of less than 5 business days from customer readiness to install.
- Quality standards include no visible damage during installation and maintaining high customer satisfaction rates.
Period of Performance
The anticipated duration of the project is three to four years, starting within six weeks of contract award.
Place of Performance
The work will be performed across multiple neighborhoods in Hudson, Ohio.

Consultants must have at least ten years of experience in installing and terminating customer premise equipment for ISPs. Preference will be given to those with local experience.
