1. **Bidder Experience**: An outline of experience and work history in providing HVAC materials or warranty service for the past five years.

2. **Bidder References**: Documented successful contracts from at least four customers similar in scope, complexity, and cost.

3. **Product Specifications**: The contract encompasses various HVAC parts including hoses, sheet metal, controls, thermostats, testing tools, air handling equipment, computerized monitors/controllers, and filters from manufacturers like A.O. Smith, American Air Filters, Bell & Gossett, Siemens, etc.

4. **Pricing**: Discounts must be firm for the contract duration with specific terms regarding price adjustments due to market changes.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and remain effective until March 31, 2027. There is an option for annual extensions subject to mutual agreement.
