Background
The Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department is issuing a contract for HVAC improvements at the Beavercreek Wastewater Treatment Facility (BCWRRF) and laboratory. Work Details
The project includes the removal and installation of HVAC equipment and ductwork, along with associated valves, pumps, and piping. Specific tasks include:
1) Replacement of all HVAC equipment and ductwork;
2) Replacement of two 3-way valves;
3) Replacement of forty-six VAV flow control valves;
4) Replacement of all pumps, piping, and valves;
5) Draining and flushing hot water piping in both the administration building and laboratory;
6) Conducting all necessary testing and balancing;
7) Completing all electrical and control connections.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence upon award with a timeline for substantial completion as defined in the contract documents.
