Hauling Services - Clean Fill And Construction Debris Rebid

Background
The City of Cincinnati's Greater Cincinnati Water Works (GCWW) is seeking bids for hauling services specifically for clean fill and construction debris. This contract aims to support the city's infrastructure projects and ensure proper waste management in compliance with local regulations. The removal of various types of construction debris will contribute to the city's environmental sustainability efforts.

Work Details
The contractor will provide hauling services for clean fill and construction debris, including excavated dirt, sand, clay, small amounts of concrete, asphalt, and iron pipe debris. No hazardous materials are permitted under this contract. Services will be performed as needed from designated locations: Chester Park Complex (4747 Spring Grove Avenue, Cincinnati OH 45232) and Main Station (2545 Riverside Drive, Cincinnati OH 45202). Estimated annual loads are approximately 1500, with an estimated monthly load of 125. The contractor must ensure that all trucks used are compliant with applicable laws and regulations. Pricing must include all costs associated with hauling and dumping at licensed landfills.

Period of Performance
The contract period begins on the effective start date and ends on May 31, 2028. Services will be required throughout this period as needed by the GCWW.

Place of Performance
Hauling services will be performed at specified locations in Cincinnati, Ohio, including Chester Park Complex and Main Station. Additional locations may be added or removed by mutual consent during the contract period.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered with the City of Cincinnati's Vendor Self Service website to submit a bid. They must also comply with prevailing wage laws as determined by the Ohio Department of Commerce. Bidders should provide proof of insurance coverage including Workers' Compensation, General Liability, and Automobile Liability as specified in the solicitation documents. Additionally, bidders are encouraged to maximize participation from certified Minority/Women-Owned Business Enterprises (M/WBEs) in accordance with city regulations.
