Grazing Service at Eagle Creek Wildlife Area

Background
This Agreement is between the OHIO DEPARTMENT OF NATURAL RESOURCES and a contractor to fulfill the terms of the Agreement. The contractor is engaged as an independent contractor to act as a contractor to ODNR. The nature of the services to be rendered under this Agreement are such that ODNR shall be the sole judge of the adequacy of such services.
ODNR enters into this Agreement in reliance upon Contractor’s representations that it has the necessary expertise and experience to perform its obligations hereunder, and Contractor warrants that it does possess the necessary expertise and experience.

Work Details
Contractor shall perform the services set forth in the attached Exhibit 1, Scope of Work, which includes work description, objective and scope, work management, deliverables, and work risk identification and mitigation.
The Work shall be commenced on or after the date of an approved purchase order and concluded on or before Performance End Date.
The total amount due for the Work is no more than $###,###,###.##.
Contractor shall comply with prevailing wage requirements described under R.C. Chapter 4115 if applicable.

Period of Performance
The Work shall be commenced on or after the date of an approved purchase order and concluded on or before Performance End Date.
Upon mutual, written consent prior to the termination date, and subject to appropriation, the parties may renew this Agreement on the same terms and conditions.
