Generac Generator - Mayfield Village

Background
The State of Ohio - Department of Administrative Services is soliciting for the replacement of a Generac Generator at the Mayfield Village Fire Department Building. The goal of this contract is to provide a new 100KW generator and ensure the removal of the old unit, thereby enhancing the operational capabilities of the fire department located at 770 S.O.M Centre Drive, Mayfield Village, OH 44143.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a replacement Generac Generator with the following specifications:
- Model: Generac 100KW Outdoor Generator
- Power Rating: 100 KW, 120/208 volts, 3 phase
- Fuel Type: Natural Gas (7-11 inches)
- Excitation Type: Permanent Magnet Excitation
- Enclosure: Standard Aluminum Enclosure, painted white
- Alternator Size: 100 KW, no upsize required
- Battery: 925CCA, 4D installation type with a 10 Amp battery charger
- Block Heater: Standard 1500W block heater
- Accessories include: Remote Emergency Stop, Annunciator with lights and relays, GFCI outlets (120V and 240V), Flex Fuel Line, and standard manuals (3 copies).

The contractor is also responsible for the installation of the new generator and removal of the old generator.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to be completed by December 11, 2025.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at Mayfield Village Fire Department Building located at 770 S.O.M Centre Drive, Mayfield Village, OH 44143.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be fully registered as a Supplier to do business with the State of Ohio. They must also comply with state standards and provide necessary documentation as specified in the solicitation. No additional documentation outside what is requested will be accepted.
