FY27 - ODNR - Environmental Lab - PerkinElmer Equipment Maintenance

Background
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources, Division of Oil & Gas Resources Management is seeking bids for the maintenance of PerkinElmer equipment at the Cambridge Environmental Lab. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of laboratory equipment critical for environmental analysis.

Work Details
The contractor will provide maintenance services for the following PerkinElmer equipment:

1. **Perkin Elmer Avio 220 Inductively Coupled Spectrometry**:
- Maintenance Contract Duration: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027.
- Authorized contractor required for maintenance and repairs.
- Services include unlimited repair service (non-consumable parts, labor, travel), phone/remote support, Gold Service Plan with one preventive maintenance (PM), and Bronze Service Plan.
- Equipment includes Anio 220 Max Base Instrument and Durabill Chiller.

2. **Perkin Elmer Gas Chromatograph**:
- Maintenance Contract Duration: July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027.
- Authorized contractor required for maintenance and repairs.
- Services include unlimited repair service (non-consumable parts, labor, travel), phone/remote support, Gold Service Plan with one PM, and Bronze Service Plan.
- Equipment includes Arnel Gas Valve Systems (1 & 2), Clarus680, Turbomatrix Headspace Sampler, Arnel Clarus 690 GC (1 & 2), Total Chrom Workstations (1 & 2).

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 1, 2026 through June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the ODNR Environmental Laboratory located at 325 North 7th Street, Cambridge, OH 43725.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized by Perkin Elmer to complete services on the specified equipment. A formal quote and signed NON-OPERS Member Acknowledgment must be submitted with the bid. All State Standard Terms and Conditions must be agreed to. Vendors are required to sign an addendum to the bid.
