FY26 - 27 COBH Dentist

Background
The Ohio Department of Mental Health and Addiction Services (OhioMHAS) is seeking proposals for dental services to be provided at Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare.

The mission of OhioMHAS is to lead a high-quality mental health and addiction prevention, treatment, and recovery system that is effective and valued by all Ohioans. This contract aims to provide on-site dental services to a multi-cultural adult population in Columbus, Ohio.

Work Details
The Dentist will be responsible for the following duties:
1. Provide initial, annual, and post-operative treatment exams.
2. Perform radiographs (x-rays), reading, and recording.
3. Ensure the Dental Treatment Plan is completed and periodically review Dental Records.
4. Obtain informed consent for medication and procedures with support from COBH.
5. Provide comprehensive treatment modalities including extractions, fillings, anterior root canals, prophylactic hygiene treatment, referral services, consultations, program monitoring, maintenance of Infection Control standards, and documentation in dental records.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed from July 1, 2025 through June 30, 2027.

Place of Performance
All services will be provided at Central Ohio Behavioral Healthcare located at 2200 West Broad Street, Columbus, Ohio 43223.
