FY25 POS System and e-Commerce RFP

Background
The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUWMC) is seeking a solution to enhance its retail and clinical sales operations.
The goal of this contract is to procure a flexible and robust Point of Sale (POS) and e-commerce Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that integrates with existing financial and accounting systems to support various retail operations.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a POS and e-commerce SaaS platform that meets the following requirements:
- Must support both retail and clinical sales.
- Should interface seamlessly with financial and accounting systems used by OSUWMC.
- The platform should be flexible enough to adapt to the specific needs of various retail operations within the medical center.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue for an indefinite duration as determined by the needs of OSUWMC, with specific timelines for implementation outlined in subsequent communications.
