Background
The Mount Vernon Developmental Center is seeking to replenish furniture for living areas as part of their ongoing efforts to maintain a comfortable and functional environment for residents. This contract aims to provide high-quality furniture that meets specific safety and aesthetic standards.

Work Details
The contractor will supply the following items:
1. Ambassador chairs (2 units) - Rolled arm, fully upholstered, Key-Loc straight back, Cal 117 compliant, heavy-duty seat insert, color Ranger, Fog, Oak with English Oak finish.
2. Ambassador rocker (1 unit) - Rolled arm, fully upholstered, Key-Loc straight back, Cal 117 compliant, heavy-duty seat insert, color Thera, Bark, Oak with English Oak finish.
3. Ambassador sofa (1 unit) - Rolled arm, fully upholstered, Key-Loc straight back, Cal 117 compliant, heavy-duty seat insert, color Stitch, Chocolate, Oak with English Oak finish.
4. Ambassador loveseat (1 unit) - Rolled arm, fully upholstered, Key-Loc straight back, Cal 117 compliant, heavy-duty seat insert in color Stitch, Chocolate, Oak with English Oak finish.
5. Endurance benches (2 units) - S-S-S design with bullnose edge and Cal 117 compliance in Balance Metal and Bengal Teak finish.
6. Additional items include various configurations of Ambassador furniture in colors such as Apache Safari and Thera Bark with Bengal Teak finish.
7. Silhouette rocker (1 unit) - High back design with bullnose edge in Apache Illusion.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is set to begin on January 23, 2025 and will conclude upon the delivery of all ordered items by March 18, 2025.

Place of Performance
All products will be delivered to the Mount Vernon Developmental Center located at 1250 Vernonview Drive, Mount Vernon OH 43050.
