Background
The FY25 Medical Record Document Indexing RFP is issued to solicit proposals for a fully integrated, state-of-the-art medical record indexing solution. This initiative aims to replace the current in-house indexing process, enhancing the efficiency and accuracy of medical record management.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of a comprehensive medical record indexing solution that includes the following key processes:

1. Identifying patient information such as Patient Name, Date of Birth (DOB), Medical Record Number (MRN), etc., within the document.
2. Utilizing patient identifiers to accurately match documents to the correct medical records in the Epic system.
3. Determining the appropriate document type for placement in the electronic medical record system.
4. Sending indexed information to OnBase along with the scanned documents.
