Background
The Ohio Department of Rehabilitation & Corrections (ODRC) oversees the supervision of over 43,000 offenders in Ohio at 28 state prisons. The mission of ODRC is to reduce recidivism among those they touch. Franklin Medical Center (FMC) serves as the primary prison hospital, providing comprehensive inpatient medical services to approximately 250 incarcerated adult patients and outpatient specialty care services to hundreds of patients weekly. ODRC is required by law to provide medical services to all patients in its care.

Work Details
Franklin Medical Center is seeking a supplier for Infusion pump rentals for a duration of 2 years (FY26-27), with options for two biennial contract renewals (FY28-29, FY30-31). The rental services must include:

- 30 Sigma Spectrum Infusion Pumps
- 5 Alaris PC Model 8015
- 10 Alaris PC Model 8100

All prices include delivery and pick-up to FMC, with deliveries required within 24 hours after an order is placed. Equipment will be billed on a daily basis, resulting in a monthly invoice. Each unit includes a pole clamp, power cord, and battery at a cost of $70 each per month.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed over a period of 2 years (FY26-27) with options for two additional biennial renewals.
