The contractor is required to provide electric scissor lifts that meet the following specifications:

- Platform Capacity: 507-lb / 230-kg (indoor), 275-lb / 125-kg (outdoor).
- Capacity on Platform Extension: 265-lb / 120-kg for both indoor and outdoor.
- Number of Occupants: 2 (indoor), 1 (outdoor).
- Lift/Lower Time (No Load): 33/36 seconds.
- Lift/Lower Time (Rated Load): 39/29 seconds.
- Maximum Drive Height: Same as platform height specifications.
- Weight: Approximately 4,400-lb / 1,996-kg.
- Drive Speed (Lowered): 2.75 mph / 4.4 km/h; Drive Speed (Raised): 0.5 mph / 0.8 km/h.
- Gradeability: 25%.
- Turning Radius: Zero inside, 88.2-in / 2.24-m outside.
Additional features include a CleanGuard leak containment system, multi-function foot-actuated deck control, and various accessories such as an hourmeter, motion alarm, and maintenance prop.
