Description

Fleet & Cormany Garage Renovations
Background
The City of Cincinnati is seeking bids for renovations to the Fleet and Cormany garages. This project aims to enhance the functionality and safety of these facilities, which are essential for the city's fleet services. The renovations will include various structural and mechanical upgrades to ensure compliance with current standards.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
1. Structural repairs to both the Fleet and Cormany buildings.
2. Replacement of mechanical equipment as necessary.
3. Upgrades to electrical systems, including installation of a new fire alarm system.
4. Installation of new windows throughout the buildings.
