Fleet & Cormany Garage Renovations

Background
The City of Cincinnati is issuing a bid for the renovation of the Fleet and Cormany garages. The goal of this contract is to provide necessary repairs and upgrades to enhance the functionality and safety of these facilities. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for a variety of repairs and upgrades, including:

Period of Performance
The contractor is required to start work within five (5) calendar days from receipt of written notice to begin work. The on-site work must be completed within 365 calendar days from the notice to proceed.
