The Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is the public transportation system for the Columbus region, providing over 12 million passenger trips annually across six counties. Work Details
The selected contractor will provide comprehensive leadership development services including: individualized executive coaching for up to 12 leaders per year across all tiers (supervisors to executives), group coaching options, leadership assessments, and development planning. Specific focus areas include strategic communication, delegation and empowerment, leadership confidence, organizational alignment, and accountability for measurable outcomes. The contractor will also administer assessment tools such as 360-degree feedback reviews and development diagnostics. Deliverables include engagement summaries, aggregate insights on leadership strengths and gaps, quarterly and annual reporting on program impact, and customized development outcomes with tracked progress.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the effective date or notice to proceed from COTA and will continue for three years with potential option periods for renewal based on satisfactory performance.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at COTA's facilities in Columbus, Ohio, with options for virtual sessions.
