Background
The City of Cincinnati is issuing this solicitation for the EV Charging PID 122817 project, which involves the installation of electric vehicle charging stations at various garages in the Over-the-Rhine (OTR) and Central Business District (CBD) areas. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary services related to the installation of electric vehicle charging stations at four specified locations:

- 1322 Sycamore Street (Ziegler Park Garage)
- 1101 Main Street
- 309 E 8th Street
- 210 W. 4th Street

The work includes site preparation, installation of charging equipment, electrical connections, and any necessary modifications to existing structures to accommodate the new installations. All work must comply with local codes and regulations, including adherence to specifications outlined in the Ohio Department of Transportation Construction and Material Specifications.

Period of Performance
The contract work is expected to commence within five calendar days from receipt of a written notice to proceed and must be substantially completed within 90 days from that notice.

The work will be performed at four locations in Cincinnati:

- Ziegler Park Garage (1322 Sycamore Street)
- Main Street Garage (1101 Main Street)
- Eighth Street Garage (309 E 8th Street)
- Fourth Street Garage (210 W. 4th Street).

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be registered under the City's Vendor Self Service system at the time of award. The project has a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) goal of 0%, meaning no SBE submittals are required.
