Electrical Material

Scope of Work:
Columbus City Schools is seeking bids for the supply of Electrical Material. The scope of work includes:

• Providing all specified electrical parts and/or materials, which must be stocked in your local warehouse.
• Ensuring materials are available for pickup in any quantity, weekdays from 8am to 4pm, excluding holidays.
• Maintaining a local warehouse within a reasonable 25-minute driving distance from the Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Department.
• Supplying materials as listed in a sample quote, with the understanding that purchases may occur in any quantity as needed.
• This solicitation is a market basket bid and must be considered as all-inclusive and all or none.

This solicitation is issued by Columbus City Schools.

Background:
Columbus City Schools has established an Outreach Program to increase participation of businesses designated as Local Economically Disadvantaged Enterprises (LEDE). The Board of Education (BOE) has set an aspirational goal of 20% participation by LEDE businesses. Vendors are strongly encouraged to make a good faith effort to support the BOE in achieving the District's LEDE participation goals.

Contract Requirements:

• All parts/materials must be stocked locally and available for pickup during specified hours.
• The local warehouse must be within a 25-minute drive of the Buildings and Grounds Maintenance Department.
• This is an all or none, market basket bid.

Submission Instructions:
Vendors must submit any questions regarding this solicitation before May 7th, 2026, at 10:00 am. No questions will be accepted after this deadline. Responses to questions will be posted before May 9th, 2026.
