Educational Planning Guide

Background
The Ohio Facilities Construction Commission (OFCC) oversees capital projects for state agencies and educational institutions in Ohio. The OFCC manages school facility programs that support the construction and renovation of public K-12 schools. They are seeking a media company to transform the existing Educational Planning Guide into an interactive digital experience, aimed at educating and inspiring stakeholders involved in K-12 construction projects across Ohio.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for reimagining the current PDF-based Educational Planning Guide into an engaging, interactive digital format. This includes creating communications, videos, graphics, and web page design that align with the objectives of the OFCC. The new guide will be hosted on the OFCC website and must cater to a broad audience, ensuring it is both educational and inspirational.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence from the effective date stated in the contract and will run through June 30, 2027. The State may renew this contract at its discretion for one month at a time, with a cumulative renewal period not exceeding five years, contingent upon funding appropriations by the Ohio General Assembly.

Place of Performance
The services will primarily be performed online with deliverables made available on the OFCC website. Specific geographic locations for any onsite work have not been detailed.

Bidder Requirements
Offerors must provide evidence of registration with Ohio Shared Services to do business in Ohio. They must submit a technical proposal and a cost proposal as separate sections of their submission. Additionally, Offerors must complete various required forms including certifications regarding prior project experience, independent contractor acknowledgment, subcontractor utilization, and an affirmation and disclosure form.
