DOSD-Surveillance Lab Gas Free Generator Battery back up

Background
The City of Columbus, through its Department of Public Utilities/Division of Sewerage and Drainage, is seeking bids for the procurement and installation of Gas Free Generators and Battery Backup systems for their Surveillance Lab.
The goal of this contract is to ensure reliable power supply for critical operations within the lab.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following items:
1. Geneforce Power GEN-1668H or equivalent.
2. Geneforce Power GEN-1630 or equivalent.
3. Geneforce Power GEN-840 or equivalent.
All items must be delivered inside and installed on-site at the specified location.

Period of Performance
The contract will be performed upon execution and will continue until all items are delivered and installed as per the specifications.

Place of Performance
All equipment will be delivered FOB Destination Freight Prepaid to:
Division of Sewerage & Drainage,
Surveillance Lab,
1250 Fairwood Avenue,
Columbus, Ohio 43204.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must provide proof of registration and good standing to do business in the State of Ohio as per ORC Chapter 1703.
Additionally, successful bidders must maintain liability insurance with coverage amounts specified: $1,000,000 for bodily injury per person and per accident, and $1,000,000 for property damage per person and per accident.
Workers' compensation insurance must also be maintained for all employees involved in the project.
