Deposit Slips

Background
The Ohio Department of Natural Resources (ODNR) is seeking a contractor to provide deposit slips for use by its Division of Parks and Watercraft. The goal of this contract is to ensure that the deposit slips conform to American National Institute Standards for financial services, specifically in terms of printing requirements and materials used.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for producing a total of 67,750 deposit slips, which are divided into nine different specification sheets containing 73 unique designs. Each deposit slip must meet specific standards including:

- Size: Approximately 8¾ inches x 3¾ inches.
- Stock: Printed on MICR bond, long grain paper with a weight of 24 lbs, using E13-B font.
- Presswork: One-sided printing only.
- Ink: Must use black MICR ink (magnetic ink character recognition).
- Bindery: Deposit slips should include duplicates with one carbon copy and come in booklet form.
- Typesetting: A fractional number must be added to the top of each deposit slip.
- Proofs must be submitted for approval before printing begins.
- Packaging: Cartons must be labeled with the total amount in each carton and organized by state park.

Additionally, all deposit slips should follow ANSI standards for financial services. Specific banking details will be provided to the winning supplier.

Period of Performance
The delivery of the completed deposit slips is requested by June 20th, 2025 or sooner.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to Jennifer Cunningham at ODNR Division of Parks & Watercraft, located at 2045 Morse Road, Building A-3, Columbus, OH 43229.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have prior experience in printing bank products and are required to complete an Affirmation and Disclosure Form prior to contract award. Additionally, presswork shall not be subcontracted under this contract.
