D22 - Econolite Video Detection

Background
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking to procure an Econolite Autoscope Vision Video Detection System. The purpose of this contract is to enhance traffic management and monitoring capabilities through advanced video detection technology. This contract supports ODOT's mission of ensuring safe and efficient transportation systems across the state.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide the following items under this contract:

- 1 unit of the Econolite Autoscope Vision Video Detection System, which includes:
- Vision MVP Detection Camera
- Mounting Bracket
- Vision AVCM Comm Manager
- Cables and Accessories
- 500ft Cable.

All components must be delivered in accordance with ODOT specifications.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be specified in the final agreement but is expected to commence upon award and continue until all deliverables have been provided and accepted by ODOT.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations designated by ODOT within the state of Ohio. Specific addresses will be provided upon contract award.

Bidder Requirements
Contractors must affirm that they understand and comply with Executive Orders regarding offshore services and data handling. They must also provide a completed Affirmation and Disclosure Form detailing where services will be performed and where State data will be located. Additionally, contractors are required to be registered suppliers with the State of Ohio through the OhioPays Portal prior to contract award.
