D09 Vertical Shoring

Background
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking to procure vertical shoring equipment as part of its ongoing mission to maintain and improve transportation infrastructure.

The goal of this contract is to ensure the availability of high-quality shoring equipment necessary for construction and maintenance projects.

Work Details
The contractor is required to provide vertical shoring equipment, ensuring that all products meet the specifications outlined in the Request for Quote (RFQ).

Shipping costs must be included in the quoted pricing, and all equipment must be delivered FOB (Free on Board). The contractor must also affirm compliance with Executive Orders regarding offshore services and data security.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon issuance of a purchase order and will remain in effect until all obligations are fulfilled or until terminated by ODOT.

Place of Performance
The geographic location for the performance of this contract will primarily be within the State of Ohio, with specific delivery locations to be determined at the time of order.
