D02 Windsor Probe

Background
The Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) is seeking to procure an electronic digital Windsor probe test system. This system is essential for measuring high pressures up to 17,000 PSI (110 MPa) and is compliant with ASTM C803/803M standards.

The goal of this contract is to enhance ODOT's capabilities in pressure testing, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements for various applications.

Work Details
The contractor will provide the following deliverables:
- An electronic digital Windsor probe test system capable of measuring pressures up to 17,000 PSI (110 MPa)
- Memory for data storage
- Software for data management
- Necessary cables for printing
- A carrying case.

The system must meet ASTM C803/803M compliance standards.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon execution and will remain in effect until all obligations are fulfilled or terminated as per the terms outlined in the contract.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to specified locations as determined by ODOT within the State of Ohio.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized dealers or distributors of the products being offered. They must maintain sufficient facilities to perform the awarded contract and have active stock available. Additionally, bidders are required to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
